Few quick and easy Eye exercises to restore the circulation of oxygen and blood in your eyes
Proper circulation of blood and oxygen is very important for your
eye's health. Exercises if done on a regular basis can help in restoring
their flow. Below, are few simple exercises which if you do on a
regular basis can be very good for your eyes:
- Take a break after every 20 minutes to rest your eyes.
- If you are working on computer or reading something make sure to look away after every 20 minutes and slowly blink your eyes for 10 times.
- Close your eyes and roll your eyeballs clockwise and anti clockwise twice.
- Move your eye balls slowly from left to right and similarly up and down twice.

Make sure to wash your eyes once you reach home from a polluted place
Pollution affects our eyes as much as other parts of our body. The
