Heavy work out is strictly No-No, post eye operation. After heavy work out, your eyes get strained and sweat and if you have been operated just recently, it can cause infection in the eyes. So, it is best to avoid heavy exercises for atleast 3 weeks, post eye operation.

Headache seems to be a problem with most patients, post eye operation. The reason behind this headache is inflammation following the surgery. Also, when our eyes try focusing on something, they get strained which causes headache. Simple pain killers can be taken to counter headache, but only after consulting with your doctor.

Know why Bruising occurs Post Eye Operation



Carrying on with the series on post operative care, today we will talk about why bruising over the eye happen post eye surgery. Bruising is very common post eye surgery. It occurs due to incisions used during operation. Patients shouldn’t worry about it as it will fade automatically in a period of 1-2 weeks.
