Before undergoing Lasik surgery, what precautions should be taken

People are increasingly becoming conscious of their appearance and in that they find spectacles as an irritant.Spectacles were removed by lenses but lenses have their own issues as they require a good care and several precautions.Replacing this lasik or laser surgery. It is indeed effective and safe but not every one in any age can undertake it.The surgeon has to evaluate whether the lasik will be useful or advisable for a particular patients or not. There are certain dont's like patient should have a stable eye sight for a period of one year before surgery.Secondly patient should be in the age group of 18-50 .In young patients eye sight is not stable and so is in the patients above 50.
So one should not blindly go for Lasik surgery.
