It is believed that weakening of eyesight is an age related problem, but seeing so many children and young adults wearing specs is a sure myth buster. The real reasons behind weak vision are
poor diet, unhealthy habits and ignorance towards protection of eyes
from dust, dirt, pollution and harmful rays coming from electronic
devices. Right dietary habits, moderate time in front of electronic
devices and physical exercises can go a long way in protecting our
vision from getting weak.
