Eye Care Tip for Contact Lens wearers

Sleeping while putting your Contact Lenses‬ on, is a big no-no. Doing this can block the flow of oxygen to the eyes. Our ‪‎eyes‬ need oxygen and when this supply gets restricted, the tissues present in the eyes swells, causing blurred vision‬. This can can also lead to problems like acute red eyes‬, corneal neovascularization, corneal microcysts and in extreme cases, corneal ulcers.
