Food rich in Carotenoid can help in preventing Vision Loss


Carotenoid rich food if consumed at young age and in right proportions can help prevent Vision Loss at later ages. Carotenoid contains Lutein which helps preventing factors that cause Vision Loss. This is found in high quantities in vegetables like Spinach, Carrots, Tomatoes, Pumpkin; and fruits like Blueberries and Blackberries. So diet rich in these can be extremely healthy for eyes.
