Drink water for healthy eyes!!



 
We all know how important it is to stay hydrated and provide our body adequate amount of water on daily basis. But, just like other parts of our body, our eyes also need water content to remain healthy. What we do during winters is that we reduce intake of water. This leads to dryness and lack of moisture in eyes and causes eye irritation and other problems. So, even if it is very cold, we should continue drinking water as our body requires minimum ten glasses of water in a day to remain healthy.
