Continuous exposure of our eyes to various electronic devices like
computer, smartphones or television has become an inseparable part of
our daily life. But such constant exposure puts great strain and stress
on our eyes and is a major cause of weakening of eyesight. So, to keep
your eyes healthy, always remember to take break from these devices and
give your eyes the much needed rest.And wash your eyes with fresh water
at least twice a day.
