Are you suffering from Colour Blindness? Watch out to know more anout it.




Colour blindness is inability to see and differentiate between certain colours. Everyone who faces colour blindness doesn’t have trouble in recognising same colours. Most people suffering from this problem cannot distinguish between reds and greens in dim light while some cannot separate between blues and yellows.  But there are some who experience a condition called monochromatism in which they only see black and white.

Causes of Colour Blindness:-

There are multiple causes of colour blindness. It is primarily caused by the genetic defect. The other causes are physical or chemical damage to the eye, the optic nerve, or parts of the brain, UV Rays also present a risk of causing color blindness; they are in fact the leading cause of normal eye blindness. It can also be caused by diabetes and likewise lifestyle health issues.

Symptoms of Colour Blindness:-

One and the only symptom of the colour blindness is the difficulty in distinguishing between colours, inability to see shades or tones of the same colour, rapid eye movement (in rare cases).
