Massage your eyelids before going to bedfor a healthier eye vision

Our eyes might be one of the most important gift of the nature but it needs constant care as it remains one of the most overworked part of the body.But by following a simple routine of care one can have healthy eyesight for a long time.Just before going to sleep, massage your eye lids and eye muscles gently in a circular direction. Doing this for two minutes helps in relaxing your eye muscles.
This is a very easy to follow tip for eye care and in days to come I shall some more such tips for healthy eye sight.
