Palming a simple exercise can help in reducing eye strain greatly

We keep on looking for ways and means to overcome eye strain.Here I am sharing one very simple way-Palming which we all can do easily.In this, rub both hand together till the time they get bit warm.Meantime close your eyes and place your palms on them.This can prove highly beneficial for the health of your eyes.
