If in a kid, the specs number keeps on increasing constantly and does not gets stable when the said person reaches 20's, then it that case it is a cause of concern. It is imperative that the person gets checked for Diabetes,high Blood Pressure and corneal problem. Such a situation should never be taken lightly.
