Balanced food is important for healthy Eye Sight

While celebrating World Sight Day, here are tips for healthy sight:
Have a diet rich in
- Vitamin A (Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Yam)
- Vitamin C (Orange,Strawberry and other citrus fruits)
- Vitamin E (Almonds, Avocado, and other nuts)
- Zinc (Leguminous pulses, Beans etc.)
- Omega 3 (Apricot,Walnut, Fish)
- Lutien (Eggs and dark green leafy vegetables)
