Results of eye surgery depends largely on post operative care. There are many do' s and don't s which needs to be strictly followed. Many a times, patients come up with problems like grittiness or discomfort in the eyes, post surgery. This discomfort is an outcome of the surgery which is caused by stitches. In order to get relief from the discomfort, apply lubricating gel as prescribed by your surgeon 2-3 times a day.
