Taking Care of your Eyes

Being a little more careful for your eyes can help you in keeping away from a number of eye problems and especially from weakening of eye sight. For this, in addition to your regular workout, performing small eye exercises for 15-20 minutes can be really beneficial. Also, try to avoid spending excess time on gadgets like computer and cellphones as they reflect light which is not good for eyes and can even lead to Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS).
