Our eyes being the most sensitive organ, requires protection from the
harsh rays of the sun. When the sun rays falls on the eyes directly, our
eyes squints (a natural response to block the glare of the sun).
According to a report by WHO, 20% of cataracts detected are caused due
to sun damage because of excessive exposure to UV rays. So, whenever you
go out in the sun, make sure that you wear 100% UV protected
sunglasses.
