Exams are round the corner and long study hours become mandatory. A study suggests that high school students face more eye problems than juniors because of the decreased font size in the textbook. During exams, students take more stress and study late in insufficient light. Besides, many a times they place the book or study material at wrong eye level which affects their eye vision even more. During exam days also it is important to spend some times in the open air. It is good for the eyes and for the overall health.

Sleep Deprivation is bad for Eye Health
You must have heard or seen that lack of sleep causes dark
circles or eye bags under your eyes, but not sleeping enough can also disturb
your vision or eye health. Inadequate sleep may contribute to eye fatigue and can cause dry eyes, itching, eye
irritation, difficulty focusing, light sensitivity, excessive tears, blurred or dual vision. In some cases, it can also lead to serious vision
ramifications including popped blood vessels
due to much eye strain.
