Sleep Deprivation is bad for Eye Health





You must have heard or seen that lack of sleep causes dark circles or eye bags under your eyes, but not sleeping enough can also disturb your vision or eye health. Inadequate sleep may contribute to eye fatigue  and can cause dry eyes, itching, eye irritation, difficulty focusing, light sensitivity, excessive tears, blurred or dual vision. In some cases, it can also lead to serious vision ramifications including popped blood vessels  due to much eye strain.
