Start eating healthy now and enjoy a hassle-free vision in the future.

This week follow a healthy diet   to keep your vision sharp and invest in long-term healthy Eye Sight.
Dark Leafy Greens (Hari Sabziyan)
The green leafy vegetables like Spinach (Palak), Swiss chard (Ras Palak), Collard greens (Saag), Broccoli, and Brussels sprouts (Bandh Gobhi) are rich in Carotenoids Lutein and Zeaxanthin. Both are important nutrients for Eye Health, as both are found in high concentrations in the macula, the small central part of the retina responsible for detailed central vision. Lutein is also found in the macular pigment known for helping to protect the central vision and aid in blue light absorption and zeaxanthin is found in the retina. Both are capable of helping lower risk of cataracts and advanced macular degeneration.
By age 75, half of us will either have a visually significant cataract or have already had one extracted. It’s the number-one cause of poor vision among people aged 65 to 74.
So start eating healthy now and enjoy a hassle-free vision in the future. Healthy Diet Healthy Sight
