Eggs can Save Your Sight for The Day..!!

Eggs‬ are a multipurpose diet as along with the bones it also helps in strengthening the EyeSight‬. Organic pastured egg yolk is a source of both lutein and zeaxanthin along with healthy fat and protein, and while the total amount of carotenoids is lower than in many vegetables, they are highly absorbable. Adding a couple of eggs to the salad, there can be an increase in the carotenoid absorption from the whole meal by nine-folds. Keep in mind that once heat egg yolks (or spinach) is heated the lutein and zeaxanthin become damaged, and will not perform well in protecting the vision; so cook the eggs as little as possible, such as poached, soft-boiled, or raw.
