Sleep with Eye Makeup is a Sin
Every girl loves to look presentable at their workplace, meetings and outings. So, in order to get that look they apply eye makeup to look active and rejuvenated. But the problem comes when they sleep with their makeup on as it can leave the eyes irritated, itchy and blood-shot. Sleeping with your makeup on can also clog the pores around your eyes which can cause stye.
A severe case of stye may require medication or even the surgery. So it is very important to clean your makeup every night and especially the eye area before going to bed. One can also keep makeup remover pads near bed for times when someone is too tired to follow the night cleansing routine.
Wear Glasses to protect your Eyes
Did you know, Sun Glasses play a significant role in protecting your
eyes. Weather changes can harm our eyes adversely. Therefore,
choosing the right kind of glasses can certainly protect your eyes from
harmful UV rays, dust and the cold winter blues. Excessive UV exposure
increases the risk of getting cataracts and Macular Degeneration.
Use glasses that can block harmful sun rays. One can also opt for
wraparound lenses to protect eyes from the sides or polarized lenses
to reduce glare while driving.

Slightest changes in the vision should never be ignored, it can be something big
Retinal detachment is a very serious eye disorder in which the retina separates or peels away from the tissue around it. If you observe flashes of light or floaters in your vision, or darken side vision, don't delay visiting a retina specialist as these might be the symptoms of retinal detachment. This condition if not treated timely can lead to vision loss or blindness.
